Description

Thundersorter represents an advanced automatic system for the sorting of linen, characterized by a variable configuration of selection lanes that direct the flat linen using an air flow. Its operation is regulated by a sophisticated PLC control system, which is interconnected via RS232 connection with the external garment recognition unit.
Thanks to the presence of recognition chips on each garment, the external unit is able to precisely identify it and direct it to the appropriate lane using RFID technology.
This intelligent system optimizes the linen sorting process, ensuring efficient and accurate management through the use of the latest technological solutions.
