Description

The independent stackers of the HT series are machines designed for stacking ironed and/or folded garments.
The HTB stacker is equipped with a hatch system and is available in various versions that offer good modularity due to their construction features. On the other hand, the HTL stacker comes with a tilting blade with a clamp, allowing it to grasp, flip, and press garments onto the stacking conveyor.
Both HTB and HTL stackers ensure high-quality stack formation, both with lightweight and heavy garments. They feature a stacking conveyor with a descender that ensures good stacking quality and serves as an accumulation function, facilitating the easy collection of stacks.
All versions operate on a mechanical system managed by an electronic system with a PLC and a control panel equipped with a touchscreen LCD.

Features of the standard model

  • For items with maximun size of 940x600 mm and thickness between 5 and 60 mm
  • With descender
  • Possibility to choose the orientation of the pile conveyor (toward the introdution or the exit)
  • Possibility to choose whether to have the exit on the right or on the left compared to the introduction
