Sigma is ideal for folding single sheets,draw-sheets, fitted sheets, fitted mattress covers, single blankets, pillowcases, towels, bath towels, and, in general, for flat linen in no-iron fabrics, such as terry cloth, cotton blend, polyester, and similar materials.
With the possibility of being customized according to different customer needs, Sigma proves to be extremely versatile and is also suitable for new linen packaging lines.
All versions perform three longitudinal folds and two transverse folds through a mechanical inversion technology, ensuring a high-quality fold and avoiding problems arising from the electrostatic charge effect.
Longitudinal folds: The system automatically selects the fold type based on the measurement of the garment’s length placed on the feeding belt and the chosen folding program.
Transverse folds: The fold type is automatically chosen by measuring the width of the garment placed on the feeding belt and selecting the folding program.
