This machine is conceived to handle with agility and speed items of various sizes, from the smallest ones like napkins and pillowcases, to medium and large-sized items such as aprons, tablecloths, and bed sheets.
This machine is designed for semi-automatic linen insertion, allowing the operator to insert the laundry more easily and quickly without manually stretching the garment along its entire length. The vacuum introduction conveyor allows one end of the wet linen to be placed, while the remaining part is unfolded and stretched by the powerful “Ventomat” suction chamber.
The combined action of the aspirated conveyor belt, shaping blades, and suction chamber allows for the smoothing of the creases formed during the washing phase, facilitating the transfer of the linen to the mangle. The speed of the belts adjusts and synchronizes with that of the mangle. Specific parameters allow for easy adjustment of the speed offset percentage, essential for ensuring the correct stretching of the fibers.
